1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing ttk444 at ttk444.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ttk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ttk444 will display a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the ttk444 platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by ttk444, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus activity conducted on the platform.

1.1 Platform Access

Access to ttk444 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ttk444 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever reasonably possible. ttk444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

1.2 Jurisdiction

ttk444 operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the ttk444 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. ttk444 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account with ttk444, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. ttk444 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle to verify that the 18+ minimum age requirement is satisfied. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh or another recognised authority.

If ttk444 reasonably suspects or determines that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the age restriction is found to have been violated, the account will be permanently closed. Any balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned via the original BDT payment method used for deposit, net of any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which shall be forfeited.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

ttk444 is designed and optimised for players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for verifying that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their location. ttk444 reserves the right to restrict access from specific regions or IP addresses at its sole discretion.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ttk444 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and BDT payment services on ttk444, you must first complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred Bangladesh payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number).

You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Any material changes — such as a change to your bKash or Nagad account number — must be communicated to the ttk444 support team promptly via the 24/7 live chat. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 KYC Verification

ttk444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention best practices. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time ttk444 considers it necessary to verify a player's identity. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and Bangladesh address, dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits and withdrawals.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold. ttk444 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified payment method.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttk444 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use any automated means to access the platform. ttk444 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling OTP (one-time password) verification for new device logins.

If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact ttk444 support immediately via live chat. ttk444 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ttk444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ttk444 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ttk444 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of a successful mobile-money transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher-tier VIP players may be subject to elevated limits by agreement with their personal account manager.

ttk444 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash & Nagad: Within 15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Rocket & Upay: Within 30–60 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Silver tier players may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day; Platinum tier players up to ৳1,00,000 per day; Black Diamond VIP members are subject to individually agreed limits with their personal account manager.

4.3 Payment Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored by the ttk444 security and payments team. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or connected to a chargeback will be investigated. ttk444 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

ttk444 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, qualifying bet types, and wagering requirements. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a ttk444 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion.

As a general guide, contributions towards wagering requirements are calculated as follows: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sports betting wagers may contribute subject to minimum odds requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonus funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used and wagering requirements completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Free spins must be used within 72 hours of being awarded. Expired bonus funds and free spins are forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Abuse & Misuse

ttk444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; participating in coordinated bonus clearing with other Players; or providing false information to claim a promotion.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

ttk444 runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL match days, IPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All such promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of the campaign and are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on ttk444 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and technical specifications as determined by the game provider.

ttk444 does not alter the outcome of any game or event. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and natural game events conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. Sports betting market results are settled based on official match results and statistics from recognised sporting bodies.

6.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round or betting event, ttk444 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. ttk444 shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from a game malfunction or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event, or at the point of settlement specified in the market terms. In the event of an abandoned match, void declaration, or official result amendment, ttk444 will settle affected bets in accordance with standard industry practice and publish the settlement basis on the platform.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit applies per single game round or bet. ttk444 reserves the right to cap winnings in excess of ৳10,00,000 per transaction or per calendar week, subject to account tier and game-specific terms. The Black Diamond VIP tier operates under separately negotiated win limits as agreed with the personal account manager.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ttk444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with ttk444.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ttk444 platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using any bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such discovery must be reported to ttk444 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or game studio representatives to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime via the ttk444 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ttk444 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the ttk444 platform without written permission.

ttk444 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated security team to detect prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in any of the above activities waive all rights to any balance, bonus, or winnings held in their account at the time of suspension.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ttk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; non-compliance with the 18+ age policy; or where continued operation of the account would place ttk444 in breach of applicable regulations.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your ttk444 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the ttk444 support team. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent are available. During any active self-exclusion period, ttk444 will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will not send promotional communications. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ttk444 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining verified balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a minimum of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which ttk444 may, subject to applicable regulations, apply a dormancy fee or close the account.
